Monga, who represents England's U19s, has reportedly been subject to heavy interest from the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United.

Monga has made 47 appearances for Leicester's first team, scoring once and setting up two.

Everton agree permanent deal with Chelsea for George

Latest from Your Site News' Adrian Kajumba:

Your Site News also understands Everton are paying an initial 18m, which could rise to 24m with add-ons.

The 20-year-old winger spent last season on loan at Everton, but they allowed their option to buy to expire to negotiate a different price.

Chelsea are believed to retain a 15 per cent sell-on clause on the Cobham academy graduate.

George made 11 Everton appearances last season but did not register a goal or assist.

Riyad Mahrez has left Saudi Pro League club Al Ahli after three seasons.

The club have confirmed the departure of the winger, who famously helped Leicester City to Premier League glory in 2015/16 before going on to lift the title four more times with Man City.

Al Ahli won the AFC Champions League last season.

Mahrez also announced his international retirement on Saturday, having won 119 caps for Algeria.

He captained his country to their 2019 AFCON win and his final match was the last-32 loss to Switzerland at the 2026 World Cup.

Como preparing second bid for Chelsea's Chalobah

Como's initial offer was for just over 23m including add-ons.

They face rival interest from Inter, who are weighing up an offer of their own.

Besiktas agree 17m deal for Trossard

Latest from Your Site News' Dharmesh Sheth:

Besiktas have agreed a 17.1m (20million) deal with Arsenal to sign Leandro Trossard.

The deal will see Arsenal reportedly get 15.4m up front and 1.7m in add-ons for the 31-year-old.

Trossard, who is at the World Cup with Belgium, only has one year left on his Arsenal contract. He joined Arsenal from Brighton in 2023.

Your Site News previously reported there could be at least one departure in the Arsenal front line if they recruit in that position.

Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli also have a year left on their contracts though the club do have a one-year option on Martinelli.

Your Site News reported the club would consider offers for the trio but will not allow anyone to leave on the cheap with Arsenal seeking around 18m-20m for Jesus.

Jesus and Martinelli have seen their game time limited, while Trossard will turn 32 in December.

Ake joins Fenerbahce after a six-year spell at the Etihad Stadium during which he has won four Premier League titles, the Champions League, two FA Cups and two Carabao Cups.

However, he struggled for regular playing time in Pep Guardiolas final season as City boss, with only six of his 18 Premier League appearances coming from the start.

West Ham interested in Everton's McNeil

Latest from Vinny O'Connor and Chris Reidy:
